The Reverse Tenant Voucher screen displays the transactions in a resident's HAP voucher that are available for reversal. Selecting one or more Reverse Detail check boxes and clicking the Post button reverses the selected items.

When want to reverse all items from a resident's voucher, use the Reverse Tenant Voucher feature in Voyager Affordable Property Management. When you access the Reverse Tenant Voucher screen from Affordable Property Management, the screen shows all transactions without the check boxes. Posting will reversal all of the items. When you are reviewing the Reverse Tenant Voucher screen, unit codes, certification types, transaction control numbers are formatted as links to their records. If needed, you can review these records before reversing voucher the transactions.
The following graphic shows the Reverse Tenant Voucher screen as it is configured for reversing individual items. In this example, the user has selected one item to be reversed. Clicking the Post button reverses that item.
